 1. Are dogs allowed in the resort?
Yes, dogs are welcome in our resort, but their stay is permitted only in apartments. The fee for a dog is €25 per night, which includes food bowls and a bed to ensure maximum comfort for your four-legged friend.

2. Can I pay for breakfast or dinner upon check-in?
Yes, you can easily pay for breakfast or dinner during check-in. Breakfast costs €18 for adults, is free for children under 3, and costs €14 for children aged 3 to 12. Dinner costs €25 for adults, is free for children under 3, and costs €18 for children aged 3 to 12.

3. Do you provide childcare services during the stay?
Currently, we do not offer childcare services. However, we organize special programs and animations for children throughout the year. These activities are planned for specific dates, so we recommend following our social media and website for the latest updates.

4. Can I use my employer's recreational contribution?
Yes, you can apply for the recreational contribution. After your stay, our reception will issue the necessary documentation for you to submit to your employer.

5. What is the water temperature in the pools?
The water temperature in our main pool is 28–29°C. The children's pool is heated to a comfortable 32°C, ensuring the comfort of even the youngest guests.

6. Do you organize regular children's programs?
While we do not organize regular children's programs, we do host special events and animations for children several times a year. We keep you informed about these activities via our social media and website.

7. Do you offer free parking?
Yes, outdoor parking is included in the price of your stay. If you prefer garage parking, it is available for a fee of €15 per stay. Please note that garage parking must be reserved in advance.

8. Do your rooms have bathtubs?
Most one-bedroom apartments located in the M1 building are equipped with bathtubs. For more detailed information or specific requests, we recommend contacting the reception.

9. How far is Štrba train station from the AMR resort?
Our resort is located just 200 meters from Štrba train station, making it very convenient for guests traveling by train or cogwheel railway.

10. Is card payment possible in the resort?
Yes, we accept card payments at our resort without any issues.

11. Can external guests use the hotel wellness?
Yes, the wellness area is available to external guests. The entry fee is €25 for adults. Children under 3 years have free entry, and the fee is €18 for children aged 3 to 12. The entrance to the wellness is for 1.5 hours.

12. Can children under 18 enter the wellness zone?
Children under 18 can only access the pool area of the wellness zone until 8:00 PM. However, they are not allowed in the sauna section.

13. Do you accommodate guests with food intolerances or allergies?
Yes, we can prepare meals tailored to your food intolerances or allergies. Please inform us in advance, ideally during the reservation or upon arrival at the reception.

14. Do you serve lunch?
Yes, lunch is served à la carte from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

15. What are the opening hours of the night bar?
Our night bar is open daily for guests from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

16. Can external guests use the hotel fitness center?
Yes, the fitness center is also accessible to external guests. The fee is €5 per person per entry.

17. How can I book massages or cosmetic treatments?
You can book massages or cosmetic treatments through the reception – in person, by phone, or via email.
